As an EMCC Senior Executive Coach Practitioner, I specialise in partnering with Board members, senior leaders, and executives to navigate the complexities of leadership in today’s evolving world. My work focuses on supporting leaders who are committed to fostering inclusion and elevating consciousness within their leadership approach and teams. I have a particular passion for coaching senior leaders in DEI roles and those who find themselves as the ‘only one’ in leadership settings, helping them to amplify their impact, and lead authentically.
Beyond one-to-one coaching, I run a thriving coach and leadership training practice, equipping leaders and coaches with the tools to drive meaningful change in their organisations. My programmes are designed to challenge conventional thinking, deepen self-awareness, and promote transformative leadership practices that contribute to more equitable and inclusive workplaces.
