EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach helping women lead with clarity, confidence, resilience, and wellbeing
I am a Black British coach of Jamaican heritage with a European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Accreditation at Senior Practitioner level and over 25 years of experience supporting professionals in their personal leadership development across the UK and internationally.
I help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful action towards their professional goals.
Coaching empowers them to communicate more effectively, make decisions confidently, and approach new challenges with courage.
Since 2021, I have delivered coaching on the Cambridge Judge Business School Executive Coaching Programme, supporting professionals from diverse sectors and backgrounds. Alongside this, I spent three years working within the Public Health team as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, supporting vulnerable adults facing complex physical health, mental health, and social wellbeing challenges.
My coachees value my ability to create psychologically safe spaces where they feel heard, appropriately challenged, and encouraged to step beyond their comfort zones and into their full potential with greater emotional intelligence, self-belief, resilience, and inner strength.
My coaching style has been described as warm, insightful, empowering, and transformational.
I use strengths-based, positive psychology and compassionate approaches.
Coachees also find the practical tools and reflective approaches I use invaluable in developing self-awareness and creating sustainable behavioural change.
Based in the Lake District, I also offer Walk and Talk Coaching, using the restorative power of nature to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
