A qualified psychologist and behavioural change specialist, who works with senior leaders and teams.
I’m a qualified psychologist, behavioural change specialist, and productivity coach with over 15 years of experience, who works with high-performing individuals and teams on a range of challenges including productivity decline, stress management, and inclusive leadership strategies.
I also work with senior leaders and executives to overcome stressful and traumatic experiences that have affected their mental health. I deliver simple but effective mental wellbeing and productivity strategies designed to help them and their teams thrive at work. My mission is to prevent the increase of professional burnout within industries and promote good mental wellbeing in a post-pandemic era.
Following the bereavements of three close family members including my mother who died when I was a teenager, and experiencing professional burnout earlier in my career, I’m committed to continuing to use the impact of my psychology and coaching background to help senior leaders build the resilience that would enable them to ride through any personal or professional adversity. I believe that everyone has the right to a fulfilling life, where they can raise to their own potential, can work productively in a sustainable manner, and make a positive contribution within their own communities.
My executive clients have come from amazing organisations including Allianz, GE Power, the London School of Economics (LSE), Imperial College London, and the North-East London NHS Foundation Trust.
I’ve been featured on NBC New York Live and I’m a contributing writer for the online publication Psychology Today.
I’m a flat–white coffee drinker and a hearing-aid wearer.
When I’m not helping leaders run their world, I’m travelling the globe, one little corner at a time, soaking up the diverse cultures, and sampling wonderful local cuisines.
