Robert Stephenson is the Managing Partner of Zenith Leadership Ltd and an experienced coach with over 25 years of guiding leaders through deep transformation. Since 1998, he has worked with individuals at every level—from emerging managers to C-suite executives—holding space for over 1000 hours of coaching and facilitation that fosters clarity, resilience, and personal evolution.
Rooted in Narrative Coaching, Analytic Network Coaching, and Physical Intelligence, Robert’s work integrates the Enneagram as a powerful lens for self-awareness and leadership growth. His coaching is not about quick fixes or performance optimization—it is about uncovering the deeper patterns and stories that shape how we lead, work, and relate. By helping clients explore their core motivations, he supports them in moving beyond limitation and into a more expansive, authentic way of leading.
Accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Robert has worked with organizations such as Ivy House London, More Happi, and the Physical Intelligence Institute. Previously, as Director of Coaching & Partnerships at Animas Centre for Coaching, he led initiatives that deepened coaching practice across a broad community.
