Leadership coach focusing on finding meaning and purpose in your work by creating a safe space to deeply reflect
I am a creative leadership development facilitator and coach based in London and set up my business “Enjoy work” in 2010 . Prior to that I worked for many years in HR and OD in the Health Service in the UK delivering leadership programs. My area of interest is leadership creativity and diversity and inclusion. I don’t think we use our creative side enough at work to solve problems or to stand out so I use visual tools like visualisation, photos and drawing to build the creative muscle we all have.
I have worked Internationally in Afghanistan, Brazil, Belize, India and Kenya with a range of clients including UNICEF, Plan International, WHO and UN Women. In the UK I my work with the NHS, government bodies and the financial sector, facilitating leadership programs focusing on talent development, women in leadership, transitioning to strategic roles. I also offer one to one coaching and supervision to coaches. I am also a trainer of coaches for ICF and EMCC accreditation.
My passion is designing creative experiences that enable people to think out of the box and have deep insight into what is stopping them from achieving their goals or expressing their leadership potential. My specialist topics include, resilience and positive psychology, developing your personal brand, managing your career working with imposter syndrome.
