Sharon von Simson has a background in engineering and consulting and spent 30 years as an international HR leader working in global roles based in the UK, France and Germany. Her sweet spot is coaching managers and teams in technical roles and/or intercultural contexts to deliver change.
Sharon is also a writer, comedian and regular performer at Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She loves applying the creativity and authenticity of the comedy world in her corporate work.
Sharon has a degree in Metallurgy from Oxford University, an MBA from INSEAD, is an NLP Master Practitioner, has studied Systemic Organisation Development with isb Wiesloch and is an ICF qualified coach. She lives in Cologne with her teenage son, which is the real education.
